De balhouder is bevestigd aan een elastisch koord die de tailleband aan het andere uiteinde verbindt. Bevestig de band om je middel en je kunt eindeloos blijven trainen! Nog een voordeel is dat je niet constant de bal op hoeft te halen. Het elastische koord is 2,2 meter lang en kan uitgerekt worden tot maximaal 6 meter.
