There are many different ways of approaching the topic of sales. During this course, we approach the subject from the perspective of the account manager. This is therefore not a course about shop sales, for example! But there are many aspects that apply to various different situations, such as presenting yourself well, listening properly and successfully closing a discussion. There are also some issues aimed specifically at the account manager, which we do not see in the retail world. The account manager must focus much more on the customer than on the product. Acquisition and good contact management are important topics.

This course differs from others courses as it contains many video fragments
The majority of these videos are of American specialists. After all, sales is a subject that received a great deal of attention in the United States. You could say that America is the birthplace of sales. What`s great about the videos is that they are real testimonials: they show us the people behind the words. Simply reading through text does not offer this personal element. The videos really add value, particularly to a course aimed at account managers. The subject of sales is strongly linked to the people behind the theories.
