The history of the left-hand guitar is as mysterious as the left handers. The earliest guitar like four string instruments first appeared in Egypt around 1440 BC. It is not clear if this guitar had a left-hand version or if people play left at that time. Chords form the basis of harmony in music. The approach and use of chords differ in every music genre.
